The government IS going after him I am pleased to inform.

That means they will be issuing a warrant for his arrest with INTERPOL.

If he is captured, he may confess other crimes which he may have witnessed.

There's like a dozen ways one can go about doing this so it all depends. I think the Council of Europe is the first approach they've chosen if I remember well because I wasn’t paying much attention while cooking… :)

Posting these three village names over and over doesn't soften the blow of Turkey's atrocities, and not to mention that it's irrelevant in this thread so grow up.

GR ,
no one is ignoring what they have done.
but this one will not ignored too , these are also carries criminal record Some of the peoples names are coming out at Sevgül articles too .
specially about those 3 villages killers . Some GC's are talking her and telling who are they .

Also Kacaunis confessions it is not basic or simple as u trying to show .
3 soldiers can pass the Turkish sectore of the Famagusta at that time and they will get worrning to stopped to enter that area and from firing 2 of them will get killed and one will survive , to get their revange 32 civilians will get and killed by front of the police forces .One of them was working in the Barclas bank with his GC's friends front of the his works friends he will get and killed just for revange .All the people in the banks knows them who were them . Like GC's families TC's families has got rights to those killers have to bring front of the justice .

That's great news! :D

Halil is being repetitive again. It is always the same thing over and over again.

I wish he would remain on topic for once and also post links to his propaganda so that we can dissect it on the odd occasion he is on topic.... :)

"The professor also reminded the mass killing of more than 100 civilians including women and children in Murataga, Atlilar and Sandallar villages."

The UN had recovered 67 bodies in the three villages. The perpetrators are known to both sides. Who has agreed to keep their names out of the media?

Greek Cypriots to take Turkey to Europe court over its missing

Greek Cypriots will file a case with the European Court of Human Rights against Turkey to clarify the fate of citizens that went missing during the 1974 Turkish military operation on the island, the government spokesman said on Tuesday. (UPDATED)

"It was decided to take the missing persons' issue to the Permanent Members of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg and at the same time to the European Court of Human Rights," Reuters quoted Stephanos Stephanou as telling a news conference.

The action comes after Turkish actor, Atilla Olgac, said last week that while serving in the Turkish army during the 1974 military operation, he shot dead 10 Greek Cypriots, including a prisoner of war. Although he later retracted his statement saying he made it up, the actor was widely criticized in the Turkish media.

Turkey launched a military operation on Cyprus in 1974 using its rights under the 1960 Treaty of Guarantee in response to an Athens-backed coup aiming at union with Greece. Hundreds of Greek and Turkish Cypriots vanished during the clashes in the early 1960s and ‘70s.

"There are ECHR decisions that outline Turkey’s obligations to help determine the fate of those missing and we are taking this step to point out Turkey’s failure to comply," Stephanou said.

"Turkey must cooperate to determine under which conditions people disappeared; this is something Turkey has not done," he was quoted by AFP as saying.

Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias held a high level meeting on Tuesday to discuss Olgac's statements, the agency added.

"This is the first direct admission that this person has killed a soldier. There are many other witness accounts that point in this direction. Now this specific information from Attila will be used," AFP quoted Greek Cypriot attorney-general Petros Clerides as saying.

The U.N.-backed Committee for Missing Persons began a landmark bi-communal initiative in August 2006 to locate multiple graves, via an exchange of information, on either side of the U.N.-patrolled ceasefire line.

To date, the remains of over 460 individuals have been exhumed, of whom 108 have been identified through DNA sampling and returned to their families for burial.

Sener Levent had a lot to say on the matter over the last few days. Not surprising. What is surprising is that Sener has been totally ignored by the forum bigots this time. What Sener said on Monday hurts, really hurts and his views on the confession of Attila suddenly do not seem to matter. Here is just a small paragraph of what he wrote on Monday:

I am not going to translate it. The above is just for the bigots, on the GC side.

And what did your “non bigoted” hero Clerides do, having enjoyed TWO terms in office, to bring these confessed criminals to justice Bananiot, or are you planning to disappear again for 3 days?
