LET’S KEEP ON WITH FRIENDLY ATTITUDE

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

LET’S KEEP ON WITH FRIENDLY ATTITUDE

LET’S KEEP ON WITH FRIENDLY ATTITUDE AND PRESENT A GOOD EXAMPLE TO GREEK CYPRIOT SIDE

“What lies behind Saturday’s attacks against Turkish Cypriots in the South is the Greek Cypriot Administration’s manner of conduct against foreigners” Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer has said.

Commenting on attacks carried out against Turkish Cypriots by supporters of the Greek Cypriot football team APOEL on Saturday, he said this development has caused indignation among the Turkish Cypriot People.

Pointing at the importance of the Greek Cypriot politicians’ condemnation over the attacks, Soyer said however that the Greek Cypriot administration evokes foreigner enmity by preventing foreign initiatives- no matter of which ideology they represent.

In this way, the Greek Cypriot administration is causing enmity among its own people against people with different linguistic and religious backgrounds, he explained.

In his statement at the beginning of yesterday’s meeting of the Council of Ministers, Soyer underlined the need for contributing to the creation of a language and psychology which are going to promote friendship and cooperation instead of enmity.

Prime Minister said the biggest wealth to be owned by Turkish Cypriots is to show the world that Turkish Cypriots no doubt deserve the enjoyment of European values and human rights principles at the highest level.

Mr Soyer called on Turkish Cypriots to work hard to protect the TRNC as the land which allows the freedom of walking around to all, no matter what linguistic, religious or racial background they belong to.

“Let’s keep on with our friendly attitude and present the Greek Cypriot side a good example” Soyer called out to his people.

Human rights and principles, hence selling off land belonging to GC's to the highest bidder
Human rights and principles, hence the insistence of permanent deviations from EU law for the Turkish ideal solution.

Does this friendly attitude include a flashing Pac-Man on our Pendadaktylos and the phrase Oh what a joy it is to be a Turk!

Yes we have to live somewhere in our own country, you do not have the monopoly on Cyprus.

In 35 years of defacto-situation, it is the inevitable consequence of unresolved Cyprus problem.

I did not realize that Human Rights Principles had a sell-by-date, Insan.!

After all, wasn't Soyer talking about Human Rights Principles.!

The bigger question is, does he even understand the meaning of Human Rights Violations.!

Personally, I have my doubts.!

By, taking into consideration all of the opposite demands/points of view of all concerned parties of Cyprus problem; i don't even have just 1% hope that it will be solved in near future. Actually, most of the intelligentsia is aware of this fact. When the right time comes, Uncle Sam will resolve it in a way to fit it according the progress of globalization.

U need to try walking in our shoes, Kikapu. All of the actions and movements must be evaluated, examined and judged according to circumstances of the subject/object.

Why did TC administration first gave title deeds temporarily to all TC refugees and settlers? Then when did TC administration decided to make the title deeds of TC refugees and settlers permenant, respectively in different times? Why no one was selling GC property 30-20 years ago and they sell it for last 10-15 years? The answers to these questions must be given in correlation of other events/actions/movements/economical conditions/political situations etc.

Now that you have asked all the questions, as to why the GC properties became a commodity to be traded by violating their Human Rights, now please go ahead and give us the answers also, as to why it happened, Insan.

As my old girlfriend use to say "excuses are like assholes, that everybody has one"!

I'm sure you will make a good case for the reasons as to why the GC properties were sold off.!

The floor is now yours, Insan.!

Many years ago when i was jobless we discussed this issue on this forum. I remember most of the things we put forward in general terms. I'm working 7/15/365 just for to cover the expenses of my family and myself. I don't have much time to focus on this issue with full details in correlation of triggering events. I feel like it will be too hard to staisfy ur expected outcome as u seem to me pre-judiced regarding many issues of CyProb. Furthermore, English is not my native language, so that it becomes harder to express my opinions as exactly how i think in Turkish. However if u or someone else opens a thread abt this issue, i'll try to do my best to contribute with my opinions.

First of all Insan, your English is far better than most here on the forum. Secondly, English is the second language for almost all of us here on the forum. If Halil can get his messages across with his limited knowledge of the English language, there is no reason why you can't.! Thirdly, you do not need to re write what you have already written before. Just go back and search for them on the forum and re post what you have already written. Fourthly, I do not buy into propaganda very easily, so don't confuse that as me being "prejudice" towards CyProb.! Last but not least, take good care of your family.!
