Anyone can Google information, and perhaps find out a tomato is actually a Fruit. But it takes experience to know (keyword: wisdom), that most people would not want it in their fruit salad, served with cream.
Now, kindly learn that 'less is more', and stop turning a Forum (keyword: debate) into a repository for your scourings.
Yea, truths hurt dear. I'm sure that u wanna hear words that second ur "cause" but there's no such thing in real world. Don't forget that everything is relative but the day majority of CF members from 2 main communities(respectively) object me to post such scientific researches, sociologic books and articles regarding cyprob; I promise u, i'll stop posting such things and go my own way.
One more "outdated" youtube video.... for u ...

Now don't get hysterical and over-react.
I didn't ask you to go; neither did I ask you to stop posting. But reproducing endless reading material without proper dialogue, defeats the object of visiting a FORUM.
Talk to me .... tell me insan's views, and don't just direct me to a link
And since you've reminded me of 10CC .... Do you know the secret of a good "Minestrone" soup?
It has to have at least a dozen different ingredients
insan wrote:[As to the secret of "minestrone" soup, I've just heard it from u and now i'm gonna google abt it.

Here's my favourite recipe (from Waitrose):
75g Parmesan, coarsely grated
1 packet fresh basil, roughly chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 medium sized waxy potatoes, peeled and diced
2 carrots, peeled and finely diced
2 courgettes, finely diced
3 sticks of celery, chopped
1 litre of water or vegetable stock
1 x 227g can chopped tomatoes
100g small pasta, eg macaroni
1 x 300g can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
225g spinach, roughly chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Place the oil in a large saucepan with the onion and garlic and gently fry for 8-10 minutes until the onion is soft but not brown.
Add the potatoes, carrots, courgettes and celery and continue cooking gently for a further 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the water (or stock) with the tomatoes, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in the pasta, kidney beans and the spinach and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
Season to taste then stir in the basil. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and serve with chunks of warm crusty bread.
And here's the 10CC song to go with it ...
