Hi, I have a beautiful villa in Tala, Paphos available for long tem rental.

It's an established 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom detached villa with private swimming pool, superb views, private driveway and detached garage with electric doors. Ground floor bedroom, large living area with open fire place, nice dining area, spacious well equipped kitchen, separate utility room, large landing and balcony. The house has an excellent outdoors with large terrace, outside kitchen / pool bar with awning, shapely private pool with roman steps. Situated on the lower side of Tala village, just a few minutes drive to Paphos.

The property is currently furnished, but can be available un-furnished.

The house has air conditioning.

Rent is only 1,000 Euros per month.

Hi, yes pets are considered (within reason) - depends on how many and what...
