What has happened the other day bears no excuse.
It's sad to see such incidents happening in a country that is trying to reassemble its pieces.

Utu, Tcs are traveling to the free areas everyday by hundreds either to shop, work etc. Don't you thing that this kind of incidents would take place everyday, if we wanted to generalize.
The conclusions are yours.

Good point, but I'm looking at it as more of something not so much overt, but something more like a dormant volcano. You have the seemingly peaceful picture, but little things betray something boiling just beneath...
