As I said earlier, clubs and the CFA should consult with the English FA because they have been quite successful at almost eradicating hooliganism altogether.

Clubs need to invest money into CCTV surveillance and the CFA need to ramp up security. I would have thought that during footy games the MAD would have had officers at every intersection until all the fans went home.

Fan lockouts and heavy fines against the clubs is also a good idea, as well as life bans for any convicted hooligans should serve as a good deterrent.
