But it’s even worse, because 799 votes only means 80 people x 10 votes each. I know what you are asking, and that is, there should be 800 votes and not 799. I think I know the answer to that, so keep on reading.

Considering that each person can vote 10 times from the same phone, the true figure comes down to 4,137 as to number of GC may have voted. 4,000+ out of 800,000 in the south who took the time to vote for this meaningless contest, and VP calls all the remaining 796,000 GC’s a RACISTS.!

I’m going to go on a limb here and say that only 4,000 GC’s voted, Therefore 4,000 x 10 votes each = 40,000 votes given to all the contestants. The other 1,370 votes were cast by the TC’s from the north for Zelis. But there was a miscommunication given to the TC’s by the NeoPartitionist, that the TC’s only need to vote only once for Zelis, because being a TC, their votes would count 10, so no need to dial 10 times, just like the GC’s had to do. The TC’s thought, that their 1,370 votes by 1,370 TC’s would yield 13,700 actual votes for Zelis, then of course, she would have won by a margin of 1,391 from the leader. What Racist VP is pissed off about, is that he found out later, that, each TC’s vote only counted as ONE vote, because he though they did not needed to redial 9 times more as the GC’s did. VP now wants that all TC’s vote should count as 10 votes, and that’s what he wants as “safeguards” in the “United Cyprus”.

The Racist NeoPartitionist who took part in this thread, has shown their true Racists Colours, who have all been quite disgusting to say the least, in your attempts to embarrass the decent TC’s with your disgusting Racist comments. Zeliş took her own course as she is free to do, by taking your word for it that she will be judged not on her ethnic origins but on talent, she has learned the hardway that even if she was the best singer in the world with the best song she would still lose, its guaranteed as GCs in general a known racists and would never all such a thing to happen, a TC singer respresent Cyprus, what would it take to convince you? 10 20 years of Tc failures, even though you yourself could see and hear for yourself that the TC entrant was way above the the rest??? Nothing disgusting about with the above quote. I have used it many times in the last 2 years when appropriate, so don't act as if you have never seen it before. All it means is, you can't trust your so called friends when you need them, that's all.! Just like your friend Zelis needed your vote, because she thought you were a friend to her, but you never came through for her by voting for her. If Zelis took my advice, she would have never entered this stupid contest, but once she did, then I supported her to participate just like any other Cypriot, and she did. I have not read any moaning from her since finishing 5th out of 10. The only people are pissed off, are the NeoPartitionist, because Democratic selection of the contestants were not violated to throw the title in her direction, just like Zan suggested. You say that you could not have voted, because the RoC is another "country" to you. Well fine, then stop complaining on how they run their contest. It has nothing to do with you, so butt out. Zelis knew the rules and she went for it anyway, because she considered the RoC as her country. If she was going to be discriminated by the 800,000 Racist GC's as you put it on almost every post since she became 5th, then why was it she did not finish dead last. ? Any answers, VP.? I have already gave you how this stupid contest should run in a "United Cyprus", which is to have 5 contestants, one being a TC and the other 4 GC's or any other community member, since they don't seem to have any concerns being "discriminated" by the GC's. TC's being 20%, then everyone has a equal shot of being selected, since all 5 contestants will have to share the 100% Cypriot's votes.!

In all honesty, I only listened to Zelis's song and not of the other 9 contestants. I really could not careless for this event at all, but just heard hers so to respond to your post. In my opinion, she did well and also has very nice legs. Just like another forum member stated several days ago, she had the wrong song and the wrong style of singing. Her song would have been great in a decent Cabaret style show, perhaps a Vegas style "show girl" specially with the legs she has, but not for this event. She needed a "bubblegum" type of music to appeal to the teenagers, and she did not do that. Don't blame the 796,000 GC who did not vote for any candidate. Only about 4,000 GC's voted, and you called the whole GC race, a RACIST, when 99.5% did not take part in this stupid event, and you called them all a RACIST. Do you realise what a BIG RACIST that makes you, VP. So big, that you will be invited to be the "Grand Marshall" at the next Ku Klux Klan (KKK) parade.!

You need to apologise to everyone, to all the GC's for calling them all RACIST and to all the TC's for embarrassing them, and to our friend, Bananiot.
