FURORE OVER MINISTER DEMETRIOU, AGAIN!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Bananiot » Tue Jan 20, 2009 9:14 am

Another great response by the Education Minister yesterday. The new history books, he said, may even be critical of Makarios.

The day when Makarios and Grivas cease to be holy cows we can boast that democracy is beginning to take a grip in Cyprus.

They are clearly going to sack him.

So far the idiot has displayed a lot of arrogance and thankfully the guy will be isolated and banished into the political wilderness where he belongs. 8)

Got a link where we can verify your post. Not that I don't believe you, but you do have a habit of telling some pretty big lies or manipulating the context.

Send my regards to your son - a fellow Apoelistas extremist. 8) At least you have one member of the family with an IQ in excess of 80.

Zan,

You need to clear this up for me, please.!

What year are we talking about in which these events took place in Küçük Kaymakli.?

What Concentration Camp and starving of TC's are you talking about and where.?

If EOKA (B) was involved in Küçük Kaymakli, don't you think no one would have lived to tell their stories, since they were a brutal bunch according to even your own account of them.?

I had my experience along with my family in Küçük Kaymakli in 1963 and it is not as you described above, so it must be another time and another place that you must be talking about, so please tell us all the details, because I'm very interested to know what was going on in the place I was born and spent my first 8 years there.........thanks.!

I do not understand what you base your accusations on, I was just suggesting to Bananiot that it was not a good idea to hang around after the comments he made. A purely humanitarian suggestion.

I am a damn sight more of a Cypriot than you are (I've lived here a lot longer). If you think I am an extremist, where do you come on the scale?

Did you know a Muhallebici Mehmet from there?

I will answer you better when I see my brother in law again Kikapu. His story is quite likes yours but his sister nearly died because of starvation and infection from bites. Those details I can remember well. The others I will get from him and let you know.
