I must be living on another planet...
You see what you want to see iceman......Get out more. Not with GR though,,He drinks too much...

We all know which one of us should go out more.

It's a lot easier to see what goes on in Cyprus when you live here.

Here we go again....I am of course completely isolated so I talk to no one...You on the other hand have the ear of every TC in Cyprus.....

No....you live in UK and talk to your buddies on the net.

me on the other side...Live in Cyprus and talk to people from both ends of the spectrum on both sides.

Of course a chat in Cyprus is worth ten on the Net...Even if the ones I am chatting to are in Cyprus....

Zan
I have no problem with how you think or what you write as long as you don't make it sound like you are talking on behalf of all TC's.

speak for only yourself.

Firstly, I suggest you do the same.

Zan`s statement "The OXI to the Annan plan served to wake up the diaspora and unite most of the TC people" is no more a generalization on behalf of a group than your recent:

"Sounds like a stupid idea to me..last thing we want is an amusement park with checkpoints and customs at entrance & exits"

Secondly, you wrote:

Not necessarily if the politics of the Cyrus problem are concerned. Sometimes the view from outside the box can be more revealing - especially for an unresolved international conflict.

Last but not least:

me on the other side...Live in Cyprus and talk to people from both ends of the spectrum on both sides

Like yourself, I too live in Cyprus and talk with people from both ends of the spectrum, yet could not disagree more on many of your, frequently unsubstantiated, conclusions.

I suggest you go easy on the arrogonce juice these days.
