I have two questions:

-Does "free" means free of charge?
-Why is Turkey labeled as "partly free" and Russia "not free"? IMO it's the opposite since turkish journalists are prosecuted, imprisoned and even executed very often.

I will not read the link, but those of you that read it can tell us if it mentions the probibition of reporting US casualties in Iraq and the ban on reporting on servicemens funerals if they were killed in Iraq.
