So in reality now the south have a lot to prove and we have the opportunity for our youth and teams to play internationally. Can you imagine Cetinkaya beating Omonia and going to Europe as a Cypriot team....we look forward to seeing this do you? how will it make you GCs feel or will you do as you did in the past and manipulate the system to your own benefit? now in front of the EU.

Will Cetinkaya players then stand for the Cyprus National Anthem or will they walk off the pitch and will you as a fan sing along in the stands?

 Not even Kiks, it's the Greek anthem they'll be saluting!

Yes I know GR, but even if it wasn't, will the Cetikaya players and their fans like VP in the "trnc" salute the RoC's National Anthem and it's flag on the International stage?

Will VP accuse himself of being a traitor to the "trnc" cause?

Oh dear, dilemmas dilemmas!

What says you, VP?

...no dilemma, you are at the stadium to represent yourself as a respectful person or a hoodlum. you will cheer the excellence of the players, or you will make it a political farce (even with violent proportions). the choice is not to 'boo' an anthem, it is to show some Grace, and stand politely for the anthems as they are played, or demean yourself and the club that you support as a fan; it's about sportsmanship, it's about a love for the game.

Do you think this is fair? doesnt the Cyprus constitution include both Turkish and Greek national anthems, best solution would be to get one of our own then there would be no problems.

Beating any of the top 5-6 teams here will be hard because they mostly have foreign players. Do you have foreign players?

Yes we do.

This mindset is unacceptable and only highlights your flawed ideology and lack of vision to put forward solutions, a new Cypriot national antherm should be played this can be the one from the AP as a temporary solution until one has been found no teams be they from the south should be subjected to the Greek or Turkish National anthems.

From a quick search on the web, your league has had 2 top scorers in the past 5 years that were not tc or turkish. A chap called Geofrey Massa from Uganda who played in Uganda, South africa and egypt for some b teams and a chap called Mukendi who has no history of previous clubs other than tc clubs that I can find. Now if these were your league stars and top scorers then I'm afraid you'll be struggling in the CFA 2nd division. Your clubs seem semi-professional at best.

Then your teams should have no problem beating them....but the standard will have to improve....but what we are discussing it the naitonal anthem to be played for TC teams.

The national anthem is not played at international games of club level but only with national sides.

OK lets address it another way we have a national team with mixed players, should they be subjected to the Greek national anthem?
