Firstly, thats not what he's signed. He's signed for the "CTFA" to be placed under the umbrella of the CFA. Thus making them just one more of the many associations that report to the CFA such as the Cyprus Amateur Football League. I'd pay attention to this one since I don't expect the overall solution of the problem to be too far from this.
Secondly he's signed and then decided he's not happy and wants to negotiate. Has he finished school?
And btw...do our TC friends know that in order to play European Football you first need to qualify from your own country?
