so much for respecting your signature.

LOL

You have to laugh! Totally predictable. The TCs sign an agreement in the morning and a few hours later state they won’t implement it! Are these people for real?

FFS...!!! Right, so it took 3 years to go back on the Republic 1960-1963 and now only 3 hours to tear up an agreement... Gosh...!!!

Any confirmation of this elsewhere...???

i really dont understand what this man or people for that matter are thinking? If this is true they have just made themselves fools in front of the two largest and strongest sporting entities in the world. He said that he dosent agree with the deal because the turkish cypriot positions(thesis)was not taken into account. Then why sign?

Well either the bugger didn't read what he was signing after having discussed the terms for weeks or more likely the bigger buggers in "trnc" told him to tear up the agreement, or else...!!!

A friend has a translation of the Phile article on the Most Short-lived Agreement in the History of Agreements...

Cyprus Turkish Football Federation President Hasan Sertoğlu , Cyprus, signed in Zurich football draft text for the aim of combining under one roof, " the draft text does not meet our needs . Will continue our struggle for improvement , "he said .

Cyprus Turkish Football Federation President Hasan Sertoğlu , WRT evaluated the draft text .

Sertoğlu , the signature of the document thrown enter into force if approved by the general assemblies of both the federation said.

Sertoğlu " the contents of the document , does not satisfy us , always will be mentioned in the document , such as clubs promised that it would introduce the general setup . I'm keeping my word document will present the overall installation . Until the next meeting be held simultaneously with the general assemblies of the missing points in the text, for the completion of the development and will continue to work , "he said .

Sertoğlu , which are important parameters 1 and 4 herein should be continuing to work on the article , said: " These parameters , FIFA President Blatter also stated we should do the necessary arrangements . Our task is to go to the General Assembly after the necessary work on these parameters , "he said .

Obviously the TCs goal was international recognition of their so-called football ‘federation'. However, the FIFA agreement firmly places it under the authority of the existing Cyprus FA.

Which begs the question, why they signed it in the first place?

I think we all know the answer to that: they have no intention of honouring any commitment and anything they do sign is just an interim step towards their ultimate goal of separation.

A timely reminder why 'peace talks' with a bunch of criminals, liars and psychopaths is proving impossible.

i am afraid we did not read the small print. it was a provisional agreement and decison will be made after he comes back. in other words no chance.

That sounds about right Bordokaloui mou, except the part about it being a provisional agreement.
