Obviously, what the TCFF does is contingent upon the agreement of Mr. Talat and his administration, so perhaps the same thing is true in the RoCy, in that the CFA may have been directed to do so by the RoCy government. Given that sport and politics are so distastefully intertwined in Cyprus, it would not be at all surprising...
