There's a good reason why Harold Shipman didn't use the defence "but Myra Hindley killed loads more than me". It is a crap defence.

I bet Palestinians and hundreds of millions of others around the world are simply sick to death of the endless contempt Israel has for basic human diginity. Yes the Yemenis and the Iranians and the Russians and so on carry out barbaric actions, so what ? Is this an excuse for Israeli barbarism ? Is letting Israeli IDF kids routinely and permanently humiliate Palestinians going to bring Yemeni killers or Iranian women killers closer to justice ?

Israel should not be specially picked out for criticism. On that we can agree. Equally it cannot disown its responsibilities and its crimes should be held to account. Goldstone does this but you, Linichka, trash him for doing so.

You weren’t sick to death of the endless Nazi war crime accusations… in fact 60 years on Israel still keeps them very much alive with frequent reminders to the world and memorial services…

…and all this happening while the IDF incinerates the living daylights out of the world’s most oppressed people, the Palestinians!

Palestinians oppress themselves far more than Israelis. Their Arab brethren gleefully join in their oppression as they have for decades. Have they ever shown any ability to construct, rather than destruct? They are incapable of any solidarity other than that of whining to the world about their lot, begging alms, or plotting against Israel.

I see, I see, Linichka. I see now what you mean by Golstone's bias. He obviously didn't look into the way that Palestinians fired white phosphorous at themselves, or the way that they skilfully flew those US-supplied Apache helicopters to attack their own hospitals, or the way that Palestinians were taking water from Palestinians and giving it to the Israelis, or the way that Palestinian teenagers were imprisoning and strip searching old men and women or firing 'skunk' at their own shepherds, farmworkers and school children. For goodness sake, how could he have missed spotting the way that Palestinians keep oppressing their fellow Palestinians by continuing to build illegal settlements in Israel !

That is a foolish defamation of Goldstone and, I assume, Chomsky. Unlike Nazis and the Israeli state they don't have a policy of racial extermination or expulsion. Unlike Nazis and the Israeli state they have never injured anyone let alone killed anyone. So nothing like Nazis or the state of Israel.
