Turkish Cypriot daily HALKIN SESI newspaper (27.05.05), under the above title, reports that the so-called Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer, in a speech delivered yesterday to the inauguration of Techno-park at the illegal American University of Kerynia, said: "These investments are the greatest answer to the hegemonists at the 'South Cyprus', who attempt to destroy the bi-zonality".
