The UK could never have prospered without it's ' foreigners' Z4. Initially the UK shipped in thousands to do the work it's population refused to do, the dirty work.
We now rely on a steady influx of professional foreign nationals to take up work where we cannot fill the vacancies as our home grown workforce seem to lack the educational criteria needed.
