Attraction is different than sex appeal imo. For a normal relationship, some may look for attraction which can be anything he/she likes . Sex appeal is something different that is directly related with sexual feelings...

We are all confused by other peoples "Attractions" just as much as anything else within a relationship. As I have witnessed myself with a group of African guys going berserk at the fattest school girl I have ever seen. Then you might consider this as a perversion...

Debate over ....

You do like to argue about anything and everything, don't you? Could that be because you suffer from an inferiority complex?

No dear, the debate is not over just because some of us possess the ingredients to keep our marriges a happy one.

Some of us do have "attraction" and others "lethal attraction".

You forgot your most abundant ingredient ... Repulsion!

.and I thought you ended the 'debate' prematurely. I was getting all warmed up to see which would prevail. Love over lust or vice versa.

As a master debater, "prematurely" is not something foreign to Oracle.

Sex appeal depends heavily on how much you have had to drink.

No matter how much sexual feelings one may feel towards a certain woman the attraction can disappear very quickly as soon as she opens her mouth.

Hmm... sounds like ultra over generalized and mixed with humour that calls Oracle to ring the bell. :P

Now if you want to go back to basics then of course...The famale of the species always looks for the best provider and the male for the best child bearer...The women look at the size of our wallets and we look at the size of their hips and boobs....

On the nature programs we are always shown the best of the best competing for a mate......But I am sure that other less perfect males get their end away...  I know I did...

I thought Bir might post this here but I think he is probably in bed right now???

Perfect for this thread I thought :)

The Blue-Eyed Giant, the Miniature
Woman and the Honeysuckle

He was a blue-eyed giant,
He loved a miniature woman.
The woman's dream was of a miniature house
with a garden where honeysuckle grows
in a riot of colours
that sort of house.

The giant loved like a giant,
and his hands were used to such big things
that the giant could not
make the building,
could not knock on the door
of the garden where the honeysuckle grows
in a riot of colours
at that house.

He was a blue-eyed giant,
he loved a miniature woman,
a mini miniature woman.
The woman was hungry for comfort
and tired of the giant's long strides.
And bye bye off she went to the embraces of a rich dwarf
with a garden where the honeysuckle grows
in a riot of colours
that sort of house.

Now the blue-eyed giant realizes,
a giant isn't even a graveyard for love:
in the garden where the honeysuckle grows
in a riot of colours
that sort of house...

Cavafy's collection was fine, but this is more up my street ...

On Comparing My Husband to Robbie Burns

Oh oft I think of Robbie Burns
Striding though the heather,
All manly clad in tartan plaid
To spurn the Highland weather,
O'er loch and glen, that man of men,
His black eyes all a flashing
Could any heart not leap, and start,
Or fail to find him dashing?
Oh oft I think of Robbie Burns,
His dirk thrust in his gaiters,
And then I think of you dear,
And go home and peel the taters
