Question to you ebayers!

I bought a jacket and pair of jeans off of ebay on the 31st and the seller sent them on the same day, but it's yet to arrive.

They were sent via USPS Express Mail International. Shouldn't I have received them by now?

I'm trying to track it but it's been saying the same thing for days, "your item was processed and left our SWEDESBORO, NJ 08085 facility on January 2, 2009".

Who would deliver a package sent by USPS Express Mail International anyways? Royal Mail? ParcelForce?
