Some of the worlds most religious people are to be found in the Middle East , after all the worlds largest religion , Christianity , has its very roots in the Middle East . The Jews are religious and the Palestinians are , ironically they accept that they both have one God . Whose side is God on !
I wonder if an alien , lets say a Martian , landed in Israel or Palestine right now and was quickly schooled into the two religious people , the Jews and the Muslims , and was told that God was their creator , then the Martian witnessed first hand the immense hatred , blood and savagery , what I wonder would he make of the two peoples of that part of the world. True believers or true madmen ?
Hatred and more hatred , in between prayers to the same God , what I wonder is God ( if he exited ) would have said !!

Maybe he would ask Hamas to go easy on the rockets aimed at Israel
in return for asking the Israelis to immediately stop their attacks , rebuild Gaza , allow international aid to reach the impoverished Palestinians and demand that Israel withdraws back to its 1967 borders while at the same time also demands that the Palestinians accept the right of Israel to exist.
Does anyone think that God would be listened to ? I Bloody well doubt it !
