Left or right , how on earth can we possibly take a nation seriously when either the left or the right only is used for eating whilst one of them is exclusively for scratching balls !!!

I use both my left and my right for either eating or scratching , but then again I'm a Cypriot !!

Nevertheless according to a recent research that was conducted in Greece (sample 1200 women all over Greece) , 23.6% of women declare that she knows a woman from their related and/or friendly environment that it has suffered or is suffering from incidents of domestic violence from the spouse/intimate partners.

The treatment of women in any country in the hemisphere can never be equated to the treatment of women in the M.East .
What other country do you know where women are not ALLOWED to drive cars . What other country do you know where women have to board a bus at the rear end , segregated from the men. What other nation do you know where when a woman is raped she is sentenced to death by her own family.

Honour killings are a daily occurrence in Turkey , mostly in urban parts where the household honour is still firmly positioned between the female legs.
Shame that such barbaric practices are still taking place , but Turkey has made , and is still making great strides in combating this disgraceful inhumane practice.
Who on earth decided that there is honour in the female genitals , there are other criteria for measuring a family's honour and most certainly is not in a pair of knickers.
