Yet, you continue the same stupid mistake of listing it together with the state owned land. The 26.3% is land owned by the state, and only by the state!

There was a time when "State" and "Church" were one and the same and perhaps this is why this table is presented this way... but anyway, take it up with the dept of L&A because I'm not the author of this table.

There was no time state and church land were the same. They were always separate.

I didn't use the word "land" so be careful because I don't like being misquoted!

In case you didn't know, RELIGION was the first government of every corner of the earth.

GR, you talk nonsense! When was the Orthodox Church, the government of Cyprus? During the Franks? The Luziniagns? The venetians? The Ottomans? During the British? After independence? When? The Orthodox Church was always a separate institution, and never the government of Cyprus!

Throughout the history of Cyprus, and during any window of opportunity and in the absence of any other foreign ruler, there is not a doubt that Cyprus would’ve been ruled by her religious leaders.

Even right up to 1960, the representative of the Greek Cypriots was Makarios who incidentally was also the archbishop... is that a coincidence? Call it a communal government if you wish because the “church” is historically the origin of contemporary governments.

The world’s very first “government” was the first person who associated God with the sun and placed himself in their midst as the “representative”! (paganism.)

What they say is one thing, what they believe is another and thats what they don't tell you. Sarkozy's ancestors were Young Turks so you can't trust France for now. The Annan Plan was a back door to bring the Turks into the European Union.

No they weren't  ... Where do you get your gossip, dear? "Hello" or "Cosmo"?... His ancestors, far removed, were some kind of Jews from Spain :?

Do you know what a young Turk is? I will tell you, the Young Turks were Sephardic Jews who came from Spain and went to Greece.

Here is a link about his family.
