TC - been there, not very nice I know. Whilst you're waiting for treatment go down to a pharmacy and get hold of some "Oil of Cloves" and dab the affected area with it. Very effective for short term pain relief.
Bill!!! I've used so much clove oil that my gums will soon to start to disintegrate.
I'm surviving off co-codamol at the moment...If/when the infection goes it won't be so bad, but it doesn't look like it's going to be anytime soon.
