Sorry, my post was not clear. I wasn't suggesting for a moment that you might want to enrol, only that this University has been "opening" now for some time..and that maybe they were enrolling new students at the moment
It will be the Cyprus campus of an excellent university based in Ankara and the academic standards are expected to be VERY high.. Probably more to your requirements.
As I said EMU is the best at the moment but that is not saying a lot when you look at the competition.
