It is not referenced because there is no resolution passed by the RoC parliament. Hence my demands for "TRUTH" to substantiate the claim, from an official RoC source.

Soon I will have to leave you due to other commitments.

I would like to apologise once again for intruding into this forum without knowing much about it. Having spent a few weeks here though, I had a chance to get to know a few members, some of whom lived through the troubled times. This was a humbling experience.

However, before leaving the forum, I would like to share my impressions with you.

It is a fact that any criticism across the ethnic and religious divide is being perceived as an attack on the whole "race" and even the most enlightened and democrat people do not raise their voices against the racist bigots in their own camp.

For this reason, if any progress is to be made for peace and harmony, it is imperative for each side to counter the ultra-nationalist, racist attitudes within their own ranks.

Do not allow your side to be hijacked by ultra-nationalist, racist bigots.

I will give you an example:

you can keep lying and destorting history all you like. you are only kiding yourself. the rest of the world nkno exacly what your plans was and what would happen to Tcs for your dreaem of ENOSIS.

I find this kind of talk extremely offensive, racist and ignorant.

You cannot blame a whole nation for the deeds of some of its members...

If GCs do not want to repeat the mistakes of their parents' generation - like not speaking out and taking a stand against the EOKA murderers (with the exception of some courageous AKEL members) - they should take a strong stand against the ultra-nationalist, racist bigots among their ranks.

I cannot understand how GCs can tolerate a spineless racist like Oracle, who constantly spews out nothing but hate?
Isn't Oracle yet another example of an ultra-nationalist GR meddling in the affairs of GCs, hijacking and radicalising their whole agenda?
What does Oracle contribute to your cause?

Oracle, your “Cyprus is Greek” touting is a constant INSULT to my Cypriot ancestors who walked the length and breath of this island for millenniums before anything “Greek” appeared on the horizon, and the same goes for those ignorant fools out there touting “Cyprus is Turkish”!
