Personally I do not like body tattoo's and I cannot see the attraction as to why anyone wants to deliberately mutilate their body, but as it is their body and not mine, they can do as they please.
What pleases one does not necessarily please another. That is life.

There are worse things in life than tattoos that is for sure.

maybe you should write Εβα then

Maybe Αοϊφα would work?

I am not sure how you pronounce that name but the way you wrote it .... it sounds like Aoeefa ... you said though that you pronounce it as eefah which is more like Ιφα or Ηφα or Ειφα ...I am not really sure.

Why not do a fusion of Greek and Gaelic ... that way you stay true to the origin of your daughter's name ....
