go to nile sat settings and clear all of them .

not other sattelite settings .

if you can not clear them otomaticaly do it one at each time .it will take some times .

what make and what model is your sat box . may be we can find user manual from the web and i can help u . how to set it .

have'nt you got any dealer close u . it is very easy to load them from the net .

Hi my friend the box is an EDISON 2120 i have the manual but unless you have a degree in sat comunications it is so complicated to understand what settings you have to set the unit at, double dutch to me, my last box would do it all for you ,on auto search this is too technical for a meer mortal like me, like i say my neibour and i have the same box and his has gone as well this i find strange !

Thank you my friends

if you did have thunder storm and lightning lnb might go .

also water leakage from lnb connector might destroy lnb as well .

there is a possibilities both of yours lnb2s can damage .

without touching the dishes just change the lnb . check the position of the lnb .before you remove it . than re connect new one .
if it is single out put lnb it is not expensive . we do get them in here between 10-20 eure .

or if you have another friend that his system works .try your sat box with his dish system . ıt must be on nile sat position too . than enter your transponder settings .

where do you live in Cyprus ?

Mackam, I'm assuming you want the MBC channels? If thats the case, the transponder settings should be.....

11938 V
tp 12
27500
3/4

With Showtime...
11996 H
tp 15
27500
3/4

Good luck. Out of curiousity, where in Cyprus are you based? Have you tried another reciever/STB at your home to make sure that it isn't the sat dish or LNB that are at fault?
