Debt collectors at English doors for "trnc" debts?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Debt collectors at English doors for "trnc" debts?

Postby Jerry » Sun Dec 21, 2008 7:27 pm

An interesting topic from another site, or to put it bluntly if you ever need to enforce a judgment against a carpetbagger:-

"WE KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE"

Unless of course you have paid your dues!

http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/8676.asp

PS If you are thinking of posting on that site beware, mods are very strict.

Freedom of Speech
We respect every member's right to post his/her opinions, on all issues except ones questioning the legality of TRNC.
If you do not accept this rule, do not post on the board.
Any violations of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your membership

They obviously don't believe in freedom of speech!

Don't you just love this piece of "professional" advice:

"If you recieve a summons from the county court I would attend and question the vadility of it as the TRNC is not only outside the EU, it is not recognised. I would only then seek legal advice if required as solicitors/lawers do not come cheap. "

In other words they screwed the GC owners by buying their stolen land, now they will screw the TCs relying on the very non recognition of the TRNC they use against the GC legitimate owners.

Of course many of them strongly advise seeking the advice of "council" (sic). I assume they mean counsel. THis and other syntax and spelling mistakes do paint a picture of the individuals involved.

My friend Jerremy has been banned from Cyprus 44 for telling them how it really is. Obviously they don't want their supporters to be demoralised by learning the truth. He was accused by Gavin aka "Groucho" of going off thread (see: "this board is under attack") and was unable to respond. All his initial posts passed the Moderators, then the ban because he said Gavin had no scruples!

After rejoining Cyprus 44 and posting according to the rules Jerremy has been banned again and all his posts removed yet other contentious post remain.

Thank God the moderators here aren't as paranoid.

PS Nikitas, you are right the standard of English on that site is awful. Their grasp of the language is as bad as their knowledge of Cyprus's history, no wonder they got sucked into the "trnc", what a bunch of losers!

If you don't live on GC land then of course you are not a loser. My friend was very careful about his posts after the first ban but they still banned him a second time.

My friend never had a warning, they just deleted all his posts and removed him from the membership list. He joined again and made 6 more posts yesterday, this morning they have all gone. He is very upset because these poor people need help, they need to benefit from his wisdom and knowledge of the Cyprus Problem.

Why have I been banned twice from your forum? After the first ban I moderated my posts but still I was banned, why?

PS Happy Christmas

i don't remmeber. many members get banned if they don't follow the board rules. take a look there.

Somehow I don't think this moderator is very moderate.

Let us be honest with ourselves people. Reading those posts on that site you know you are dealing with venal people who do not even qualify as nouveau riches, they are crass lowlifes who scraped a few pennies together to buy stolen property.

I am surprised the TCs can stand them.
