Hi Jan,
I am emailing you regarding the 2 bed appartment.
Could you tell me the rough location in The Thomb Of The Kings area as me and my partner do not have a car yet and it would be nice to know if shops were in walking distance.
We have lived in Cyprus for the past 3 years and we are looking to find somewhere to settle so we know the area there quite well.
Could u also forward some photo's.
What floor is the appartment on?
How much deposit would u require and are you open to negotiation.

Sorry Jan just read your ad again which said "Ground floor apartment" so i'm sorry I asked the question what floor is it on!!!!
