Is the 1959 "Treaty of Guarantee" valid?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Again, you’re full of shit!

Makarios ceased from supporting union with Greece when his suggestion for independence was accepted. It was a prerequisite for the 1959 deal to go ahead and from then on he honored it right to the end.

Stop this shitty business...You will drive Byron away...

Makarios is on record for admitting his desire for Enosis lasted well into the 60s....Here is a what he was saying in 1964 :
Gilbert: Do you think the Greek people of Cyprus still wish Enosis? [Editor's note: Political movement for the Union of Cyprus with Greece - from the Greek word for union]

Makarios: Certainly, yes. This was always the desire of the people of Cyprus.

Gilbert: If Enosis does come how do you feel, sir, about not being a member of the Commonwealth?

Makarios: I support the Commonwealth as an institution and as long as Cyprus is not united with Greece, we will continue to be a member of the Commonwealth family. The choice, however, between Enosis and Commonwealth is not a difficult one. I shall feel very happy when Cyprus is united with Greece which is our Motherland.

Gilbert: What is Cyprus’ future?

Makarios: We are aiming at attaining unfettered and unrestricted independence which will allow the people of Cyprus to decide its future in exercising the right of self-determination. And the future we envisage is Enosis with Greece. The solution of our problem would not be difficult had foreign interferences ceased. The Cyprus problem would easily and peacefully be solved between the Greeks and Turks of Cyprus, or through the United Nations and within the framework of its Charter.

No.

Did Makarios attempt to change the constitution by force?

No.

Did Greece as a "guarantor power" send in it's foreign troops in 63/64 to ensure Cyprus would be annexed to Greece?

No.

The truthful answer to all three question is yes...

Sorry, but you're wrong on all three counts...

so therefor the "Treaty of Guarantee" was automatically declared null and void by the actions of the GCs and Greece. This means that there was no valid treaty that could be breached in 1974 which is also proof that there was no "RoC" that legally existed after 1963.

You have single handely proven that the recognition of the "RoC" and it's EU "membership" are all illegal. Personally I like to thank you in the name of all TCs, the TRNC and Turkey and make sure that you understand we will use this information you have given us in the best possible way and ensure that you personally get all the credit for it.

Your signature has done you proud GR, well done.

Next idiot please...
