What's changed is that property in the north will be even more difficult to sell and if you own a place in the UK as well you may lose it. You will need even more cash from Turkey to prop up your "false economy", I'm not sure how much help you will get from the mainland, apparently unemployment went up from 9% to 10% in one month! Your chickens are coming home to roost. Take a look at the creeps on 44 North Cyprus, they seem pretty worried - thieving bastards.

What if they dont have property in the UK, most have sold up to buy in the TRNC, convert the balance into YTL earn 22% living a comfortable life without lifting a finger. As for the buyers, havent you heard they are no longer Brits but Isrealis and your good friends Russians, we have even had Iranians show up now and buy land. People are flexible and adapt to change if the ruling goes in favor of the GCs then people will sell up their propertiesin the Uk nad bring the money to the TRNC.

Unemployment has gone up all over the world your doom and gloom stories are getting real boring.

Not Brits? you are talking from your gollos, 44 North Cyprus website is infested with Brits talking about their new properties. I have not seen one Israeli (they are used to stealing other peoples land) or Russian on that site, perhaps you can direct me to one.

Mainly Brits frequent that site and how would you know what nationality they are they all use code names. The new buyers are Isrealis Russians and Iranians, they are buying up large chunks of land for development at a future date. High risk high return.

If its a fight they want then a fight they will get.
We're not gonna give up this hard earned land just because someone thinks his dead grandfather used to live in my house. Who told them to bugger off in the first place?
The same people that massacred 100,000 TC's in concentration camps just like Auscwitz all over Cyprus

Pathetic, please...these people are the absolute scum of this planet, nothing would bring a bigger smile to my face than to see them lose their gambles.

They are mostly associated in one way or another with the British underworld , most are utterly uncouth , ignorant and lacking of any refinement . You will be surprised how ignorant and rather stupid most of them are , they are not the least interested in morality , justice or fairness just as long as they have a good time sniffing each others arsehole.

have you met any that reside in the TRNC?

You don't need to meet them just look at the lowlife and pseudotoffs that infest Frank and Joan's website in north Cyprus. I hope they all have to live the rest of their miserable lives in DSS B&Bs when they are thrown out. Phucking carpetbagging thieving freeloading selfish bastards!

PS My venom does not extend to anyone who has bought legally anywhere in Cyprus

Hey Jerry they are quite comfortable knowing that TCs and GCs are incapable of finding a solution and if anything should materialize the British government will take precautionary measures.

You don't get it do you, we don't need a solution to sue the thieves on our land. The British Government will do nothing except protest, they also have a get out - the Foreign Office has been warning for years about buying property in the north of Cyprus, they will simply say "I told you so"

HIGH RISK, you have just said it yourself! It would seem that the risk for those who have already bopught has not paid off. I wonder how many Iranians, Jews and Russians will now try and back-pedal in view of this latest news.

There are other ways of enforcing judgements, freezing banks accounts or attaching to income for instance.

And many Brits still receive income/pensions from the UK. They may have current accounts in "trnc" but I doubt if too many would trust large sums in you bankrupt system.

Youd be surprised, with YTL interest rates of 22% who needs a UK pension.

Well to quote your good self, high reward high risk. Any economy that is paying 22% must be dodgy, do you have a guarantee system that works?
