It was inevitable that it was going to come down to this and I tried to state the obvious to them, in my own way of expressing the message, of course.!

This will have a major problems in the north with the property market. If it was heading for a crash before, this legal opinion will send it to the basement. To all those who profited by buying GC properties from anyone but the original legal owner, you got what was coming to you, because you were warned and even if you declare yourselves you were mentally challenged and you were just ignorant and meant no harm, that will still not save you. Your investments are going to be toast and up in smoke in most cases. I have a very good suggestions to make to you all, so that you can redeem yourselves just a little bit, and at the same time make a few dollars. you should all donate your homes to the legal owners of the land that it was built on. This way, you can write it off of your income taxes as charity. Don't say I did not help you save couple of bucks.!
