If any "fool" as you say was to consider using it, however, I would advise them against such a precarious course of action as there are very likely "missing pieces" deliberately included or omitted from the outline given above for "security reasons" and to prevent just such an eventuality from arising, once again reiterating the position that it is not possible for persons, or groups of persons, who do not know what they are doing to usurp the position of persons who do know what they are doing.

What is entirely possible however is for the less qualified and capable to govern and administrate affairs in place of the more capable and (usually) more qualified. Indeed, some people of my acquaintance would argue that this is the very basis on which democracy is propagated.

Do you really think Cypriots are capable of such a feat?

Cypriots do need a good reality check at times, but according to them they are flawless, proactive and not reactive. Let’s hope the Cyprus Government knows what it is doing, and that their approach is indeed flawless.
