Technically, you have forfeited ALL your rights granted under the RoC and would now have to seek permission for re-entry, therefore anything and everything you do is technically illegal.
Not even Turkey one of the guarantors, recognizes the RoC and subsequently any rights granted to you under it.
I’ll now give you a free piece of advice… never-ever attempt to tackle the CyProb from a legal standpoint like you’ve done above if you are Turkish Cypriot because you’ll lose every time.
The trouble is that the RoCy government still recognizes the constitution of 1960 as the supreme law of Cyprus. That means that the right of Turkish Cypriots to display their flag is still a legal constitutional safeguard... though I think it would be a very brave (or foolish) Turkish Cypriot living south of the Green Line to display the Turkish National Flag...
The RoC government can legally modify the RoC constitution to include or exclude anything Turkish Cypriot as they see fit. The fact that they haven’t done so is for diplomatic reasons and certainly not legal.
