Were your kids and born in Cyprus Miltiades?

What about your grandchildren, if you have any, were they born in Cyprus?

So that you understand me here are are the facts.
I was born in Cyprus just as my parents grandparents and beyond , we call our selves Greek Cypriots , but all of my ancestors were first and foremost CYPRIOTS .

Hmmmm....did you think of yourself as a "Cypriot" when you supported the enosis dream?

My two children were born in the UK , their mother being English they are therefore half Cypriots and half English.
My grandchildren were born in Cyprus and are therefore Cypriots. Note that none of us consider any other nation apart from Cyprus , and in the case of my two English born children England , as being our motherlands.

So your children and grandchildren who were all BORN in the UK and only have ONE "Cypriot" parent can be "Half Cypriots" but VP whose parents probably are both Turkish Cypriots you class as a "foreigner" just because he was born, same as your kids and grandchildren, in the UK.

You even call me a "foreigner" even though both my parents are Turkish Cypriots as was their ancestors and I was born in Cyprus.

Milti, you are not calling us "foreigners" because you believe we are, you are doing it because you want to insult but you are not in a position to realise that you insult everyone who was born outside of Cyprus. You are even insulting yourself without even realising it. You must have also been a "foreigner" back in the 50/60s because you were definitely not a "Cypriot" but a Greek when you supported enosis and saw Greece as your motherland.

You even insult TPaps who was buried cowered in the Greek flag as well as the "Cypriot flag".

Maybe you should cut down on the wine, you never know, it might help you to see what a nincompoop you are making out of yourself.

Turkey as well as Greece are related nations but ARE NOT THE MOTHERLANDS OF THE CYPRIOT PEOPLE .

Why don't you then lobby to remove the Greek flag and the Greek national anthem in South Greek Cyprus? If you make a start on that then I'll believe you are a "true Cypriot" but until then, you are just another Greek Cypriot who does the talk but refuses to do the walk for obvious reasons.

Firstly let me again refer you to the answer I gave in my last post. Both of my grandchildren were born in Cyprus.

Are they foreigners because they sing the Greek national anthem and stand to attention when the Greek flag is hoisted?

What about TPapadopoulos, is he a "bloddy foreigner" because he was wrapped up in the Greek flag?

Let me now for the umpteenth time clarify my position regarding ENOSIS.
Back in the 50s the overwhelming number of Cypriots supported ENOSIS , my self included. There was NOTHING Extraordinary about 80 % of the people of Cyprus wanting to determine the course of their nation.

So it was ok for the GCs to want enosis but not ok for us TCs to being against it and also against becoming "Greek Muslims", right?

Back then Cyprus was under the British and not an independent nation. As time went on the majority of the Cypriots people rejected ENOSIS , my self included and embraced Cyprus as their motherland an independent nation recognized world wide.

After 1960 Cyprus was no longer under British rule but it did not stop you Greeks and GCs to still try to force us TCs to accept your enosis wish, did it?

When did you convert to being a "Cypriot"? Was it before or after 1974 or maybe as recent as in 2004 after your resounding refusal of the Annan Plan?

I detest the fact that the Greek national anthem is used in Cyprus just as I detest the the fact that the flag of Greece as well as Turkey's are hoisted on our buildings etc.

Oh yes, I can see you can do the talk but I can't see anywhere where you do the walk. What about the lobbying I suggested, will you make a start on that or are you just blowing hot air?

And no, just because you claim you detest the Greek anthen and flag in this forum is not enough, if you really mean it them you take it outside of the forum and start a lobby group to rid the South Greek Cyprus of "foreign" influence, anthem and flag.

[quoteMay I finish by once again stating clearly that the problems and conflicts of Cyprus are a direct result of the two foreign "motherlands " interfering and influencing the Cypriot people .

Hmmmm...above you admit that you wanted and supported enosis with the rest of the 80% of GC but you attempt here to put the blame on the "motherlands".

You left out the UK and the USA, how comes?

You can attempt to convince yourself that you are innocent or wash down your guilt with wine or whatever, the fact remains that you wanted and supported enosis and wanted us to support your wish.

Now you are still doing the same by attempting to force us TCs to accept your supposidly " democratic" wish when you know perfectly well that as soon as we accept your demands Cyprus becomes a GC/Greek ruled island.

It's always has been and still is about what you Greeks and GCs want, what we TCs want is irrelevant as far as you are concerned. You don't give a damn what the consequences of your type of "democray" can and will be for us TCs, you just want what you want and nothing else. Selfish, nahhh, not you Greeks and GCs.

So you refused to take up my challenge then?

You are the waste of time and space old man, refusing to call your own people who wrap themselves up in a foreign flag and sing a foreign national anthem foreigners but have the audacity to call us TCs "foreigners".

Even the GCs/Greeks in this forum have realised you are a loud mouth fool and not worth debating with.

You are a one sided selfish old man and revert to personal insults when you have no answers to questions and are challanged.

Stick to what you know best, selling crappy cheap utensils and emptying wine bottles.

By New Year's Day, the latest.!

You don't like my responses to you anyway, so I don't know why you are so eager to get some more, but you will get them soon.!

You put in more effort than the GCs and support them 100%, I test my viewpoint against your GC mindset and try to understand if I am right in believing there will never be a solution as the chasm is to wide, neither side willing to bridge it, leaving us with only one solution agreed division or a continuation of the unagreed division we have today, you continue to prove me right time and time again which I would like to thank you for.

Don't push him VP, he's probably not recieved the email containing the answer yet.

Actually Doesntknow, all my mail arrive direct and prompt and it is not diverted to another country as your mail seems to be or perhaps even lost, because it doesn't seem that you have received the answers to the questions I put to you over a week ago, regarding whether you respected Democracy, Human Rights and International Laws..!

Perhaps it was the Christmas rush that slowed the mail service down for you.!

It's funny how the common denominator amongst the NeoPartitonists is the lack of respect for Democracy, Human Rights and International Laws.!

Kind of says it all really.!
