Life-sentenced convict Antonis Kita, aka "Al Kapone" , escaped the first morning hours from the private clinic Apollonio in Nicosia.

Al Capone was convicted in 1994 for the rape and murders of Ukrainian artiste Oxanna Lisna, 20, and Swedish housewife Christina Ahfeldt, 28.

Oxanna's battered body was discovered down a Larnaca well and Christina's corpse was unearthed at Kotsiatis rubbish tip outside Nicosia.

Both young women were abducted, beaten and sexually assaulted before being murdered and dumped in isolated locations in the summer of 1993.

Police Chief, Prison Chief and Minister of Justice must resign.
Nothing is being taken seriously, this cocksucker should be assassinated by the government and made it look like an accident. Well, now they got the chance since he is on the run: shoot in the head - reason: self deference, case closed. He is already in the northern "gangsta paradise"...
