just face facts mate, Real are the biggest club in the world.

No if Fergie wanted him he would have got him - he would have also made an agreement with Real that if they will only accept 80 mil for Ronaldo providing Real don't bid for Benzema, yes this happens.

Real are a big club but no bigger than Man U my friend. We both have great fan base, great stadiums, great players and great history.

Anyway a team full of attacking players will not work. Would Ronaldo, Kaka and Benzema track back and get ball? No chance. Going forward they are ok but Ronaldo can go missing in games.

Cesc will be next to move to Espania

You're 2nd biggest on fan base. I'm not trying to have a dig here but they're undisputedly number 1 in the world...and i'm not a big lover of them.

Just look at the european cups they have and they make the most amount of money too. If you were the biggest Ronaldo wouldnt have left.

Fergie DID want him mate. You got outbid, and you didnt want to raise it. Also, Benzema said he only wanted to go to Real. Its nothing to be embarrassed about.

As for their defensive side, they have Diarra at DM and have just bought Albiol from Valencia. The others dont need to track back. I dont remember Figo and Zidane defending.

Cesc will go back evetually...us Gooners know that, but not yet ;)

Your wrong here. Ronaldo wanted to play for RM and everyone knows having a bad apple in a basket is no good (relating to a team of course). £80 million for a bad apple is alot of money so it makes good sense. We need a few quid too as Giggs, Scholes, Neville and VDS are all playing their final seasons so with the Ronaldo money we can buy 3 or 4 decent players, if Fergie wants to.

With reference to RM defensively Diarra, you mean the Portsmouth player who played about 15 games for them and was worth £20 million? Diarra the legend! He is far too raw and RM paid £20 million for an unknown.

Plus your forgetting that when Zidane and Figo played for RM they had Makele playing for (best in World at the time) and Hierro (legend defender), Helgerra(?) and Gutti to do all the work for them. I don;t see the same this time, do you?

How am i wrong? You just admitted that Ronaldo wanted to leave and join them so what does that tell you? If you're at the biggest club in the world you dont leave to join a smaller club. £80m is a fanatastic amount of money but no-one will replace Ronaldo. The goals he scored and what he contributed.

Diarra is a very good player and i wasnt happy when we sold him. Hes impatient too as he would've been a regular last season after Flamini left. You dont get nicknamed baby Makalele for nothing.

MU have gone bonkers but then he is a 'reject'. Owen on a free transfer. I suppose he will be incharge of the kit.

Baby Makalele thats cos he looks like him and got same build/height. Ronaldo is a RM fan I guess and when your boyhood club comes sniffing your mind changes. Lets face it, if I were Arsenal player and Man U came sniffing at me I would be off, no doubt about that.

RM bigger than Man U? Nope!

Man U will not replace Ronaldo just like we didnt replace Van 'Horse face' Nistelrooy and didnt replace Beckham. Beckham is Beckham and Ronaldo is Ronaldo and so on and so on. We will bring another dimension to our game this coming season and play differently. Who knows, in 7 years time please could say that losing Macheda is a big loss and he wont be replaced.....footballers come and go and Ronaldo has gone.

RM bigger than Man U? Nope...no way. Man U bigger than RM, nope too!

Jeez...you're acting like a typical man u fan now who cant have a civilised convo coz he thinks you're offending united!!

I dont like the c**t but quite clearly Ronaldo along with Kaka and Messi is the best in the world. Becks and Van shitface were no where near his quality.

Go and ask any random football fan who's a bigger club, the majority will say RM. I guess you either dont know or have forgotten when man u were shit and actually got relegated. Before 1993, they didnt win the first division for something like 2 decades!! The biggest club in the world doesnt get relegated and doesnt not win the first division for such a long time...

"A few days ago Karim Benzema informed the club president Jean Michel Aulas of his desire to move to the Madrid club, which had always been his favourite club after Lyon, earlier than he had foreseen," said a statement on the French club's website.

"The player wanted to seize the opportunity which Real Madrid offered him to be one of the major elements in their new ambitious project based around the greatest players of the world.

"Lyon accepted Karim Benzema's decision and negotiated the conditions of a transfer which satisfies all the different parties.

"The club wishes Karim the greatest success with Real Madrid."

Big clubs don't get relegated?

Liverpool haven't won the league for 20 years nearly but they are a big team too.

AC Milan have not won league for a few seasons now so I am guessing they must be classed as a small team now.
