I am writing to you as really need some help and advise, any help whatsoever will be gratefully recieved, as banging head agains a brick wall.

I was born on 22nd September 1963, in St, Mary’s Hospital, Akrotiri, Cyprus, and was then handed over to my adoptive parents within 6 days.

I really don’t have much more information than this, and am desperately trying to locate my biological parent/s and was wondering if you would be able to help somehow, somewhere.

All I know about my biological parents are that supposedly she was approximately 16 years of age, and her parents were in the forces, father a sergeant or staff sergeant and my father was possibly called Bill, (maybe even William) and his parents were also in the Forces, he was a warrant officer, both based in Dekalia Barracks, Akortiri, Cyprus.

My adoptive parents left Cyprus in 1965 for England where they then legalised my adoption and registered my birth.

I am hoping that somewhere possibly amongst hospital records there might be something relating to my birth.

Would be grateful if you could give me any information that might help my search, my adoptive parents, are so vague on the matter, in fact, they swear that they know no more than has been expressed above.

My adoptive parents were Mr Edwin Arthur Clark, Sergeant Armament Fitter and Mrs Stella Frances Clark
