What sould happen in Cyprus ???

just want to see peoples "solutions" about the cyprus problem. i believe cyprus should be divided into states and each state, Larnaka, Paphos etc should vote in a senator. each state would be able to control their own affairs. all land should return to their legal owners, greek or turkish. if their home is occupied they must be removed and have their new home paid for by their OWN government.
