How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Time for Greece to enforce the Laws and avoid such incidents in the future! Not living in Denial! Sad to hear someone died also!

Listen here punk!

The Greek Police are no different to any other police force anywhere else in the world.

Greece is not a nation in denial. What do you expect the police to do when their police car was being attacked? Did you ever ask the police if they feared for their lives and hence their heavy handed reaction? :? Did you ever consider that it may be self defence? :? Do you think the police knew the rioters were only 15 years old? Many teenagers these days look like adults.

This kind of thing is not exclusive to Greece. I am positive an inquiry into the matter will occur, with appropriate action taken, once all the facts are known. Your post once again is idiotic! Or are you trying to prove to the world how much of a humanitarian you are?

Have the Cypriot Police not shot anyone before? For heaven’s sake, please be rational.

Paphitis you are wrong on this one.
The shooting was a cold blood murder and nothing more. It seems that the police office involved had some issues with the kids. The police officer just drew his weapon, aimed and shot directly to the kids. According to witnessess the police officeres were not attacked by the youths.

So they should arrest that one person and put him to jail for life. I think some idiots are just looking for excuses to cause trouble! These anarchists don't care about the boy that died. They just look for excuses!

Exactly right Sotos.

No matter what the facts are, this type of thing has also occurred in every "civilised western country" which pride themselves on the "rule of law". For heaven's sake, police corruption was only recently rampant within Australian Law Enforcement Agencies, with rogue cops having many underworld and mafia dealings.

Greece is not unique. If the police officer murdered the kid in cold blood, then I am sure he will be dealt with harshly. What is disgusting is the way the anarchists are using this unfortunate incident to riot and wreak havoc and destroy other people's property. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Did anyone else see those 20 odd junkies in the news trying to start something similar to the Greek riots in Cyprus only to get smashed by the Cypriot cops?

Had the Greek cops done something similar early on none of this crap would be happening to day.

PS: I also had a Cypriot Flag and I was so proud when the Cypriot National Team walked into the stadium. 8) The crowd absolutely erupted with joy! :D
