If something serious happens then they would end up looking like the incompentents they are and you would have proof. Happened to a freind of mine and they responded immediately. Good luck with the keystone cops.

No we do not all know that the Cyprus police force is a joke ... that is your simple bias ... at least no more so than any other police force, but a lot more human and compassionate than most other forces (and less trigger happy than some).

What they are doing here is prioritising ... and if they did not show up, it was probably because no real offence was being caused. Which is what has become apparent with this case.

Which police force appears every time a few drunks gather together?

City centres become like war zones most weekends in a lot of UK cities (at least when everyone still had credit!) ... but you don't see the police intervening until after stabbings and punch ups ensued and property destroyed.

maybe we should have phoned for an ambulance to take away the slob that was unconcious in the middle of a public pavement, & also make a report about the russian supermarket selling his booze to these louts & letting them drink on the public pavement outside his shop, familys use this small road to get to the main shops in the town, a real bad image for a country desperate to get it`s tourism back on track!! as stated before the police were probaly on a tea break! after all it was 4pm.!

This so called crime of people being drunk is really insignificant to the police, after all they're really busy catching the hardend criminals that speed. much easier way of making money

what does one do when the police don`t show up???? the said police station is only a 10min walk away from the situation where these people were disgracing themselves.
so much for our so called police force

Maybe they were watching the football, drinking their coffee and smoking numerous cigarettes and therefore too busy to attend the scene!

Just a suggestion!
