We are looking to rent a 2/3 bedroom villa or a ground floor apartment in either Limassol or Paphos for 6/12 months preferably furnished or at least part furnished. We are able to move in from Jan/Feb 09. Please provide photos if possible and cost per month plus deposit required.

I would have the right place for you if you need a lovely three bedroom apartment, ground floor with private terrace and swimming pool and fully furnished. SKY sat, LCD TV, the whole works mate.

Hi Karen, thanks for the reply.

You haven't said what area the apartment is in, what the cost is per month etc. Are you an agent or the owner? We are currently renting in the north and have been here for 2 yrs, we fancy a change now. Can you send any pictures please?

We have seen all of the north now and want to explore the south more.
It also appears to be cheaper to live in the south than the north plus we have a lot of friends in the south.
