The fact that people have expressed their joy at the news of a death of a human being is something different that this forum has not really experienced before.

The people that have come forward with these posts should expect a different approach from now on even by some the moderates.

Nothing is new in this Forum,dear DT...Zan is right when he says that a lot of abuse are thrown at Ecevit by many posters here whenever his death ,or anniversary of his death ,comes up...But that is no excuse for us to stop practising empathy,sympathy and compassion at the death of someone who was such a big part of our common history...

Do yourself a favour,Oracle,and search for some of the threads where Ecevit's name has been mentioned....Even you might be ashamed of some of the comments there...

Karma tries to make light of most things....It is her way of dissipating tension and promoting good-will...She doesn't always succeed,but she always means well...Trust me,I know...
