Just so long as you know prescisely what you're getting into, Zan. Expatkiwi/Dean made a good point: be watchful of your adversaries, but also don't blindly support your allies as they may have different ultimate goals than yours...

Zan, are you a Turkish Cypriot or a Turkish migrant? I can understand your stance if you are the latter...

I am a TC utu......Born the same year as the first Cyprus Republic. Born on Cyprus soil.

I happen to think we stand a better chance with Turkey than we do with the "RoC". I follow the TRNC......Recognised by Turkey.

Well, that's your view. If you trust Turkey that much, then there's not much more to say.

Why should I trust Greece or the "RoC" any more than Turkey? Have all the negatives been forgotten of the first two?

I can't answer that, Zan. I wish I could.

The fact is that the "RoC", which is the important constituent in all of this, is doing nothing to answer that utu.
