Could anyone tell or explain to me if it is possible to marry an eastern european woman(russian...ukriane) in Cyprus,if i am from England,

Contact the Cyprus Embassy in the country you are residing. They are able to give you this information. Good luck

That's entirely dependant on the type of marriage.

A friend of mine got married to an eastern european and he is British. No problems at all.

Her visa would have to be in order,but apart from that cant see any probs
