Do TCs want to live in a GC state as a minority?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Then you must be one of the few people who don't think him a low-life turd... He's hated here on this forum for being anti-reunification, and now he's despised by the ATCA folk for being anti-annexionist. Not exactly the most envious of positions for a person to be...

These Forums are not for the weak hearted utu.....I have had my fair share of hate.

If nothing else, it at least shows those folk who have integrity and the conviction of their beliefs... I might not like a number of people on this forum, but I can respect them for sticking to their guns and defending what they think is right...

One thing I leearned very quickly on this forum - and others - is that being emotionally deteched over Cyprus is extremely difficult. At times writing my thesis on Cyprus, emotions have been rather hard to keep in check... There has been so much wastage and hate on both sides, it is a disgrace! Nationalism, realpolitik, and ethnic rivalries made Cyprus into a madhouse! That makes me angry most of all, and the fact that people - rational people - end up taking sides in this dispute convinced of the righteousness of their stand only perpetuates things!

But thats not the way it is viewed by the world. They have been brain washed into thinking the Turks are to blame for everything. Perhaps if your findings were the case then both would shut up and do something positive. One plays with laws and the other with force.

But do TC's want to live in a state run from Ankara? The current situation has made the north of Cyprus into a Turkish colony. Not exactly independent, is it?
