So there are 2 communities not 1?

Who gives a rat’s arse how many “communities” there are? Cyprus is a sovereign country of a variety of citizens like 400 odd other sovereign countries out there on the planet. Your “community this” and “community that” talk is as boring and out of date as communist proletarian "community farming" crap!

Since there are many communities of late in Cyprus , Russian , Eastern European , British , Pontian and many more I think is correct in assuming that these new communities are perhaps as large combined together as the T/C one. Could they , in years to come , also demand their own nation in Cyprus ??

Do they have our shared history and an agreement of partnership? if they do then surely they have just as much right as the GC and TC communities.

The partnership was dissolved remember? That's why you created another one with Turkey albeit illegal.

Make up your minds werent you the ones who wanted to change the very constitution you cling onto so dearly today, arent you supposed to abide by it, if its redundant why dont you go ahead and change it completely to suit yourselves, see if you can, you are the ones claiming you represent all the Cypriots how would changing it make you look pretty silly Id say, again all talk and no balls.

TC's have not expressed an opinion whether they will or not, so why do you assume that you are correct.! As I told you on another thread, that no one is pushing the TC's to become a "minority" but rather it is you who is begging the GC's to make the TC's a minority group or community by demanding minority "safeguards", which some call it, "previliages". Equal rights with every other Cypriot is what every TC deserves and that they are only "numerical minority" to the GC's, but 100% Cypriot as everyone else, just like all the citizens are in Switzerland and the UK, regardless of each ethnic groups numerical numbers.

How do you propose to guarantee that I am not pushed to the back of the queue or completly to one side without safeguards? What safety nets will be in place to ensure we are treated equally? What you propose is to hand over the whole island to GC administration thus placing us at the mercy of the GC run GC state.
