Do not forget the Romansch Nikitas. They are only 1% of the overall Swiss population, and even they are not seen as a minority by themselves or by the rest.


By the way, as of tomorrow, the 12th, there will no longer be any passport control at Swiss borders with all other EU member states. There will be a complete freedom of movement with all EU members, and the Swiss are not even a EU member. The same will happen at Swiss airports in March 2009.The Swiss will set up a limited surveillance with Lichtenstein to monitor who is coming and who is going, since Lichtenstein did not sign up for the same deal with the EU.
