So it takes an Ottoman pouffe to make your Greek flag look "glorious".

You are right, the Ottoman can never be resurrected or made glorious again by any means .... So I'll stick with the glorious covering of the Greek flag and accept the Ottoman has seen better days .... :D

Good try but you need to have another go after you have undestood what I wrote.

Yes the Greeks beat up the Ottomans! Ergo the Greek flag was once again glorious!

Enosis allready happened

Has it really?

Osmosis is going on at the moment (TC's being outnumbered by the settlers)

That is somewhat impossible.

Cyprus is from the Cypriots (Not the Greeks or the Turks)

I am going to assume that you meant "for" and not "from" and point you to people like oracle, TPapadopoulos and others who get all wrapped up in the Greek flag when alive or at their funeral.

You will always be a minority (you are one at the moment)

That is also impossible.

Yes it has....the RoC is a EU member...we united with 26 other countries!

Osmosis is going on at the moment (TC's being outnumbered by the settlers)

Arenn't you outnumbered by the settlers??? Turks in the norths are sucking you up....what would you call it?

You got me there.....yes I meant for!! Leave oracle and TPap out of it.......you plonkers shoot people out of a pole for a piece of cloth and put one on a mountain to provoke.....so don't mention the flags

How many troops and settlers do you have in the north? More then TC's......so that makes you a minority......you can't even fart without asking Turkey=Fascist state for permission.

That's not enosis, that is belonging to the same club with your own country still intact. The kind of enosis you planned for Cyprus was under complete Greek rule where the Cypriots would not have had their own government or own country like the EU countries have.

You shouldn't beleive and repeat everything you hear without understanding what it it means first.

You "plonkers" started the in Cyprus to be given the right to fly the Greek flag and now you are telling me to not to "mention the flags"?

You still fly the Greek flag and sing the Greek national anthem, what kind of a "Cypriot" does that make you "plonkers"?

By the way, I was not laughing at you about the "for" and "from". I just wasn't sure what you meant and assumed you meant "for".

As I mentioned above, we are amongst our own people so we can't possibly be a "minority".

Once again? When was the time before that? When Alexander the Great was the King?

Well, here's the CYPRUS PROBLEM wrapped up in just a couple of posts.

We have a Turk and a Greek wondering who has more claim to Cyprus when in fact neither of them do but the Cypriot people.

It's what I keep reminding you all, time and time again that Cyprus MUST denounce both Greece & Turkey and squash these half-cast pseudo-Cypriots if we are to ever see the light at the end of the tunnel.

And now we have the outdated opinion of a lone Choirokitian who miraculously speaks Greek, was probably baptised Greek Orthodox, more than likely has a Greek name, and in true Greek style, blames all his woes, whilst ignoring all his blessings on the fact he was born of Greek ancestry ....

Um, North of the Green Line, they use the Turkish Flag just as much, and sing the Turkish National Anthem, so I'm afraid that your point isn't going to cut any ice...

It's quite ironic, IMHO. Both sides claim independence (the south - RocY - is recognized as such internationally), yet neither side has a unique national anthem, and still predominately used the flags of what are technially foreign countries.
