MOON COURTING VENUS, IN THE CYPRUS SKIES.

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Hate to say it, but it looks like the symbol on the Turkish flag in reverse. Could this be an omen of an impending reversal for Turkey - perhaps on the Cyprus question?

Equally, hating to say it, but if we are going to be that silly it is actually how you would see the Turkish flag when it when it was advancing in a westerly direction.

 But I suspect that you don't mean it and hope that you enjoyed the sight as much as I did.

Glad to see my picture posted on Politis newspaper sparking some conversation. It really was a fantastic phenomenon! Anyone interested in a better view, go here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/agapios/se ... 782762365/

Thanks for those pictures. It looks like the negative picture of the Turkish flag.

so a crescent moon is courting the goddess of love.

Could Turkey be about to offer something to Cyprus? (following Tim's reasoning)

We must be realistic in our expectations in life otherwise we'll end up disappointed.
